I think I may just found a great song that I'll be listening to at least a few times this week. "Best Thing" is a track from Jihae's full-length album, Elvis is Still Alive. It's a simple love song really, but her deep, hypnotic voice made it unique and moving. Jihae is a Native of South Korea, but she grew up in Nigeria and Sweden, lived in the UK before settling in NYC. Her worldly background is reflected in her music and various involvement in art. Elvis is Still Alive will be out on November 11. Until then, you can listen to "Best Thing" now.
